On 10 January 2025, our founding assembly took place in Zurich.
- Resolution to establish the association
The assembly resolves to establish an association under the name Association Angiodysplasia Switzerland in accordance with Article 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (SCC), with its registered office in St. Gallen.
- Approval of the statutes
The assembly approves the presented draft statutes and adopts them as the valid statutes of the association. - Election of the Board
The following persons are elected as members of the Board:- President: Corinne Blatter
- Vice President: Liane Kirchner
- Managing Director: Werner Kratz
- All elected members declare acceptance of their election.
- Determination of the membership fee
The annual membership fee is set at CHF 30. - Joining other organisations
The assembly approves the Association Angiodysplasia Switzerland joining the following organisations:- ProRaris
- Rare Disease Action Forum
- EURORDIS – Rare Diseases Europe
